The Beechwood is just on the edge of Roundhay Park in Leeds which is one of the largest city parks in Europe. The Hotel is a fine one hundred year old stone building with extensive South facing gardens and a private car park at the rear of the hotel.
The family run hotel offers B & B accommodation with range of guest rooms which include single, double, and family rooms mostly en suite.
All of the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, TV, and free Wifi is available in the main lounge. Parking at the hotel is no problem as it is both easy and free and next to the hotel.

Soledad ensures that a hearty full English breakfast is available to all her guests which is of course included in the tariff (for bookings made direct to the hotel only). For those who prefer, a lighter Continental breakfast can be ordered.
Roundhay is one of the city’s premier locations and is renowned for its restaurants, pubs, and social life. In addition, the hotel is only three miles from the Leeds City Centre which gives guests easy access to superb shops such as Harvey Nichols and the numerous other attractions in the city such as The Royal Armouries.
For golfing enthusiasts with a variety of different courses spread around the area, there is a golf course to suit everyone. Moortown, Sandmoor, Alwoodley, and Moor Allerton are all within a couple of miles of the hotel as well as excellent pay and play courses.
Just fifteen minutes drive from the hotel, guests can visit Harewood House with its famous Bird Garden or venture a little further to Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales.
Eating out in the area is a pleasure with a huge range of top class restaurants from Italian cuisine at the famous Flying Pizza, to the superb Thai Sukhothai and Aagrah Indian Restaurant all within a short distance from the hotel.
Or, if you prefer, there are three excellent pubs within walking distance all of which serve top class food but with drinks at pub prices.
